Big Bass Hold & Spinner MegawaysHow Lucky Rewards works: five levels and two ways to earn points
Lucky Rewards runs in the background of your account from the moment you start playing. There are five levels, from Level 1 up to Level 5, and you move between them by collecting Rewards Points. You do not need to apply or sign up separately for the programme.
There are two ways to earn points with us: making deposits and playing games. Both routes feed the same points total, so you build up whether you top up a small balance regularly or play longer sessions with funds already in your account.

Sign up today and start spinning
Points are calculated once a day rather than spin by spin. That daily count is what decides your level, so a big session shows up in your total at the next calculation rather than the moment the reels stop.
| Part of the programme | How it works |
|---|---|
| Levels | Five in total: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 |
| Ways to earn points | Depositing and playing games |
| When points are counted | Once a day |
| Period that sets your level | A rolling 30 days of points |
| Loyalty Tokens | Earned on cash stakes, exchanged for cash prizes, for depositing players |
| Rewards you can receive | Deposit bonuses, bonus free spins and loyalty points |
Why your level can move: the rolling 30-day window
Rewards Points accumulate over a rolling 30-day period. Every day, all the points you have earned in the previous 30 days are added up, and that figure sets the level you sit on. Nothing is reset on the first of the month and nothing carries on indefinitely.
The practical effect is simple: points earned 31 days ago no longer count towards your total. A busy stretch lifts you, and a quiet stretch lets you settle back down again, with the daily calculation keeping the picture current.
- Your total is recalculated once a day, so any change of level appears at the next count rather than instantly.
- Only the most recent 30 days of points count towards your level.
- Deposits and gameplay both add to the same total, so neither one is wasted.
- Some promotions are open to one level only, so it is worth seeing what applies to you before you opt in.
Loyalty Tokens and the cash prizes you can exchange them for
Loyalty Tokens sit alongside Rewards Points as a second way of being credited for your play. You collect tokens on cash stakes, and you can exchange them for cash prizes rather than bonus funds, which means no wagering is attached to what you redeem.
Tokens build on cash stakes only, and the feature is open to depositing players. If you are currently playing through bonus money, your stakes are going towards that wagering instead, and tokens start accruing again as soon as you are staking cash.
Rewards that reach your account, and the offers tied to your level
Loyalty rewards come in three shapes at Lucky247: deposit bonuses, bonus free spins and loyalty points. What you receive depends on the points you have collected and on which promotions are running when you play.
Some offers are set aside for a particular level. Casino Bonus Wednesday is one of them: a 5% casino bonus up to £25 when you deposit £20 or more, every Wednesday, open to Level 1 Rewards players. You need to opt in, and the offer closes at 23:59 that day.

Your welcome bonus is waiting
Several of our weekly offers also look at recent activity rather than at your level, asking for a deposit in the last seven days before you can take part. Across the whole calendar the pattern is the same: opt in first, and the offer runs until 23:59 on its day.
Checking what your play has earned you
You do not have to keep your own notes. CashCheck and PlayCheck give you a detailed breakdown of your gameplay and your winnings, so you can see which sessions sat behind a daily points count and which stakes were cash rather than bonus funds.
Activity Statements in My Account go a step further, setting out your gameplay, your deposits and the amounts you have wagered. If a level or a token balance is not what you expected, those records are the quickest place to start, and our support team can work from the same information.
- PlayCheck - a history of the games you have played.
- CashCheck - a breakdown of your winnings and the money moving through your account.
- Activity Statements - gameplay, deposits and total amounts wagered, in one summary.
Account rules that keep your points and balance in order
Only one account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and bets, bonuses and winnings connected to them voided, so if you think you have more than one registration, tell us and we will sort it out before it affects your rewards.
Your balance is held in separate parts: Cash, Bingo Bonus Monies and Casino Bonus Monies. Bonus funds and anything you win from them stay under promotional restrictions until the wagering requirement is finished. Where a wager mixes bonus money and cash, the matching share of any win is treated as Casino Bonus Money.
- Opt in to a promotion before you deposit or play for it, otherwise the reward cannot be added afterwards.
- Keep an eye on the closing time: weekly offers finish at 23:59 on their day.
- Finish the wagering on bonus funds before you expect to move that money into your cash balance.
- Keep your details current - we verify identity before certain account actions, including a first payout.
Where our general terms and a promotion's own terms say different things, the general terms take precedence. Fair play also matters to the programme: multiple accounts, VPN use and published bonus-exploitation techniques are not permitted, and points or rewards built that way can be removed.
Staying in control while you climb the levels
Climbing levels should never be a reason to spend more than you planned. You can set financial limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, switch on an hourly session reminder while you play, and use the Self-Assessment test and Affordability Calculator in My Account.
If you want a pause, Take a Break covers anything from 1 day up to 6 weeks. Self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years, and players in Great Britain and Northern Ireland can also register with GAMSTOP to exclude themselves across operators at once.

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39075. Connections to the site are secured with SSL encryption from QuoVadis, we run identity checks before a withdrawal is paid, and play is for adults aged 18 and over only - underage gambling is an offence.
Asking us about your level, your points or your tokens
Our support team is available around the clock through live chat, telephone including a UK freephone number, email and Skype, in English. Questions about a daily points count, a level-restricted offer or a token exchange all go to the same place.
To get an answer in one go, have your username to hand and tell us the day the points or the offer relate to. We can look at the same PlayCheck, CashCheck and Activity Statement records you can see, which usually settles a query quickly.
VIP Program: questions and answers
Do I need to sign up for the VIP Program separately?
No. Lucky Rewards applies to your account automatically, and you collect Rewards Points both by depositing and by playing games.
How many levels are there?
Five: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5. Your points total decides which one you are on.
How often is my level updated?
Points are calculated once a day. Every day we add up all the points you have earned over the previous 30 days, and that rolling total sets your level.
Can I drop back down a level?
Yes. Because only the last 30 days of points count, a quieter spell can move you down again, and picking your play back up moves you up.
What are Loyalty Tokens worth?
Tokens are earned on cash stakes and can be exchanged for cash prizes. The feature is available to depositing players, and stakes made with bonus money do not earn tokens.
Which rewards can I actually receive?
Loyalty rewards come as deposit bonuses, bonus free spins and loyalty points. Some promotions are reserved for a particular level, such as Casino Bonus Wednesday for Level 1 players.
Is Casino Bonus Wednesday open to everyone?
It is open to Level 1 Rewards players, gives a 5% casino bonus up to £25 on a deposit of £20 or more, needs an opt-in, and closes at 23:59 on the Wednesday.
Where can I see what my play has earned?
CashCheck and PlayCheck show your gameplay and winnings in detail, and Activity Statements in My Account break down your gameplay, deposits and amounts wagered.
