Lucky247 Registration: Open Your Account in a Few Minutes

Registration takes one short form, a username and password of your own, and an email you can confirm. Here is exactly what we ask for, what happens after you press register, and the tools you can switch on before you stake a penny.

Create Account

Who can open an account with us

You must be 18 or over to register with Lucky247 and you must meet our eligibility criteria. When you create a customer account you enter a legally binding contract with us, so the details you give have to be your own and accurate. One person gets one account.

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39075. Every connection to the site is secured with SSL encryption from QuoVadis, and security and authentication cookies protect your sign-in.

  • You are 18 or over
  • You register in your own name, with your own address, email and phone number
  • You hold only one account with us
  • You can confirm the email address you sign up with

What you need to hand before you start the form

The registration form is short, but it asks for real identifying details rather than a nickname and an email. Having everything in front of you means you can finish in one go.

  • Your first and last name as they appear on your identification
  • Your date of birth
  • Gender
  • Your home address
  • An email address you can access to confirm the account
  • A phone or mobile number
  • Card or other payment details for funding the account

Get started with a welcome bonus

Your name, date of birth and address are the details we later match against your documents, so type them as they appear there rather than shortening anything. If you move house or change your number, update your details in My Account so the account stays in step with your paperwork.

Opening your account, step by step

  1. Start the registration form

Open the sign-up form and confirm you are 18 or over before you begin filling anything in.

  2. Enter your personal details

Give your full name, date of birth, gender, home address, email address and phone number. Check the spelling of your name and your house number before you move on.

  3. Create your username and password

Pick a unique username and a password that meets our rules. This pair is what you use to get into your account, so make a note of the username somewhere safe.

  4. Confirm your email

Your account can be verified by email, so open the message we send and follow the confirmation it contains. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

  5. Set your limits

Before your first deposit, open the Safer Gambling app in My Account and set a daily, weekly or monthly financial limit. Switch on the hourly session reminder at the same time.

  6. Make your first deposit

Choose a payment method, deposit from £20 and start playing. You can also open supported titles in free play mode first if you want to look around before staking cash.

Choosing a username and password at sign-up

The credentials you create during registration matter, because your account is reached with the username you choose, not your email address or phone number. Neither of those is accepted in place of it.

Your password has to contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one number. Longer is better, and a password you have not used on any other site is better still. If you ever lose the details, the 'Forgot your details?' link on the sign-in page starts a reset.

Verification: the documents we ask for and when

Opening the account and verifying it are two separate things. Registration gets you in; verification checks confirm you are who you said you are. We run these checks before certain account actions, including the processing of a first payout, and we may run them again at any point after your account is open.

DocumentWhat it confirms
Photographic identificationYour identity and that you are 18 or over
Proof of addressThat you live at the address on your account
Proof of source of funds or source of wealthWhere the money you play with comes from

Clear photographs or scans are usually enough, as long as the whole document is visible and the details are readable. Accounts are checked for outstanding documents before any payment is released, so anything still missing will hold a payout up until it arrives. Our support team can tell you what is already on file.

Deposit limits, breaks and session tools you can switch on from day one

Everything you need to keep your play in proportion sits in the Safer Gambling app in My Account, and you can use it from the moment the account is open. Financial limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, so you decide the ceiling rather than deciding in the moment.

  • Financial limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
  • Hourly session reminder notifications during play
  • Activity Statements breaking down your gameplay, deposits and amounts wagered
  • Self-Assessment test and an Affordability Calculator
  • Take a Break for a set period of 1 day up to 6 weeks
  • Self-exclusion from our sites for 6 months up to 5 years
  • GAMSTOP registration, which applies a self-exclusion across many operators at once, for residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, support is free and independent. GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day, every day, and GambleAware and Gambling Therapy are signposted for advice too. Net Nanny parental control software and gambling blocks on debit cards through GamCare help keep play away from anyone under 18 in your household.

Funding a new account and the welcome package waiting for you

Once the account is open you can pay in with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Revolut or bank transfer. Accounts can be held in pounds, so the cashier shows your balance and every limit in £.

New players can take our Welcome Package of up to £4,100 plus 150 free spins, spread across your first deposits rather than landing all at once. The terms are short: 10× wagering on the bonus amount, a minimum deposit of £20 per stage, a maximum bet of £5 per spin while you clear it, and 30 days from the award to finish. Note that eWallets are excluded from the welcome bonus, so choose your first deposit method with that in mind.

The maths is easy to picture. A £100 bonus at 10× means £1,000 of wagering before the bonus money and anything won from it becomes cash you can withdraw. Game weighting applies, so different games count at different rates towards that total, and staying at or under £5 a spin keeps every bet eligible.

Account rules worth knowing the day you join

Only one customer account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and bets, bonuses and winnings connected to them can be voided, so if you think you already registered with us in the past, speak to support instead of starting again.

Your balance is kept in separate pots: Cash, Bingo Bonus Monies and Casino Bonus Monies. Bonus funds and anything you win with them carry promotional restrictions until the wagering is complete. Where a wager mixes bonus money and cash, the matching share of the winnings is treated as bonus money. Our general terms take precedence over promotional terms wherever the two disagree.

If anything goes sideways during sign-up, a mistyped date of birth, an email that never arrives, a username already taken, our team is on hand around the clock. You can reach us by live chat, telephone including a UK freephone number, email or Skype, in English.

Registration: questions and answers

How old do I have to be to register?

You must be 18 or over, and you need to meet our eligibility criteria. Underage gambling is an offence, so age is one of the things our identity checks confirm.

What details does the registration form ask for?

Your first and last name, date of birth, gender, home address, email address and phone number, plus card or other payment details. You also create a unique username and a password at the same time.

What are the password rules?

Your password needs at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one number. Use something you have not reused elsewhere, and reset it from the 'Forgot your details?' link if you ever lose it.

Do I have to verify my identity straight away?

Your account can be confirmed by email when you register, and identity verification comes before certain account actions, including your first payout. Sending photographic identification, proof of address and proof of source of funds early saves time later.

Can I open more than one account?

No, one account per player. Duplicate accounts may be closed and the bets, bonuses and winnings linked to them voided.

Can I set a deposit limit as soon as I join?

Yes. Open the Safer Gambling app in My Account and set a daily, weekly or monthly financial limit before your first deposit. Take a Break and self-exclusion live in the same place.

Can I look at games before I deposit?

Supported titles have a free play mode alongside real-money play, so you can see how a game behaves first. Free play does not pay out real winnings.

Is the information I enter at registration kept secure?

Connections to the site are secured with SSL encryption from QuoVadis, and security and authentication cookies protect your sign-in. We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39075.
