Bigger Bass BonanzaGeneral rules that apply to all play
The rules on this page apply to every game in our lobby, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game has its own rules or paytable, those rules apply as well and take priority on anything they cover in more detail.
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed, and play on them is settled as set out in our terms and conditions.
- Play is for people aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of account holders before withdrawals are paid.
- Every stake is taken from your balance at the moment the bet is placed. If the balance does not cover the stake, the bet is not accepted.
- Where you hold both real-money and bonus funds, play is funded in the order set out in the cashier, and the balance in use is shown while you play.
- A bet is final once it is placed and the round has started. We cannot cancel, change or refund a confirmed bet, including one placed by mistake or at the wrong stake.
- You are responsible for the game, the stake and the settings you choose, including autoplay and any quick-spin option.
- We may limit stakes or suspend play on an account where we are required to do so, or where play does not fit our terms.
How bets and spins are settled
Every game runs on our game servers. The result recorded by the server is the result of the round, and it is that result which settles your bet.
The server record is the result
The screen in front of you displays what the server has already decided. If the display and the server record do not match, for example after a browser error, the server record stands and your balance is corrected to match it.
Game rules, paytables and return to player
Each game carries a help or information screen. It sets out the paytable, the winning combinations, the bet lines, any side bets or feature buys, and the theoretical return-to-player figure for that game. The figure is a long-run average across very many rounds, not a prediction for a single session.
| What you are looking for | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Paytable and winning combinations | The help or information screen inside the game |
| Return-to-player figure | The same help screen, shown as a percentage |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The bet panel in the game and the limits shown in your account |
| Maximum win or payout cap | The game's own rules, where that game applies one |
Winnings are credited as soon as the round settles. Results come from a random number generator, and earlier results never affect the chance of a later one.
Malfunctions, disconnections and unfinished rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a server or a settlement process does not work as designed, any result, payout or balance change it produced is void and does not stand.
- Where a malfunction produces a result the game rules do not allow, we void the round and return the stake to your account.
- Where a payout is credited in error, we correct the balance and may recover the amount from later deposits or winnings.
- If your connection drops mid-round, the round is held on the server. When you open the game again it either resumes where you left it or settles automatically, depending on how that game handles unfinished rounds.
- Rounds that cannot be resumed are settled on the server record, and the outcome is credited to your account.
- Our server logs are the record of what happened in a round, and we use them when answering any question about a result.
Bonus funds and wagering play
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit are played under the terms of the bonus they came from, as well as under these rules.
- The terms attached to a bonus set the wagering requirement, the games it can be played on and the time you have to complete it. They are shown with the bonus and in the promotions area of your account.
- A maximum stake per round applies while wagering is in progress. Stakes above it may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some do not contribute at all. The rates are listed in the bonus terms.
- Where a round is funded by bonus money, any win from it is credited as bonus money until wagering is complete.
- Feature buys, side bets and very low-risk betting patterns may be excluded while a bonus is active.
You can cancel an active bonus from your account at any time. Cancelling removes the bonus balance and anything won from it, and leaves your real-money balance in place.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to the pace of the table. The rules of each table, including its side bets and payouts, are set out in its own help screen.
- Bets must be placed inside the betting window shown on the table. Late bets are not accepted, and chips that are not confirmed return to your balance.
- The dealer's call on a round, together with the card, wheel or dice result recorded by the table system, settles the bets on that round.
- Table limits, minimum and maximum stakes and seat availability are shown at each table before you join.
- Where a card is dealt in error, a result is not valid or the table system records a mistake, the round may be voided and stakes returned under the rules of that table.
- A dealer may pause or close a table. Open bets are then either settled on the recorded result or returned, depending on the stage the round had reached.
Questions, disputes and safer gambling
If you think a round has settled incorrectly, contact us and we will look into it against the server record.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time you played, with the time zone if you were playing outside the United Kingdom.
- The round or game reference, where the game shows one.
- The stake, the result you saw and the result you expected.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
Send this to support@casinolucky247.co.uk or raise it on live chat. We will check the server record for the round and come back to you with what it shows. If our answer does not settle the matter, you can take it further under the complaints procedure in our terms and conditions.
Play is for adults aged 18 or over only. Your account tools let you set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude, and GamStop can block gambling across operators. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
